I got these because a lot of k-pop idols seem to use digestive enzymes to help their body shed excess carbs when they are watching their figures. But they are not doctors or dieticians! These aren’t federally regulated. We don’t know how scientifically beneficial these products are. Furthermore, messing with the enzyme levels your body has cultivated for you might not be the right thing to do. If you already have gut problems, this might make them worse. It’s probably better to get natural bacteria from yogurt or kefir milk, and add cruciferous veggies to help your body slow down the carb processing. I used them and I think they definitely got my insides moving. Maybe they’re a good reset if you’ve messed up your gut already with food poisoning, but maybe just yogurt, milk, and fiber rich foods are safer for a reset. Anyway these definitely did something; don’t use them daily until you get a sense of how they’re affecting your gut, kidneys, liver, etc. Maybe weekly until you’re sure. Any unusual pains in your abdomen…probably should stop using. I did have some digestion problems after mold-related food poisoning and I think these did help after taking a few pills (one every few days) over two weeks. But since I haven’t thoroughly researched what’s in these, I won’t use them regularly if I can eat fiber and bacteria-forward whole foods instead.

This Enzyme is a grade above others. Since taking this, we have noticed improvement in our digestion and bowls as well. I would dare to state that to date, this is the best product I have ever used for my issue. And I have been trying products since 2010. My husband and I both require enzymes for digestion. He needs Protease when he eats meat and I need Invertase with my food. In the past we had to buy each our own bottle of enzymes. Amylase and Invertase with Protease is in itself not easy to find for a reasonable price, with good quality in one bottle. We have found it a challenge to find enzymes that have the right amount of each and that really help us with digestion. It’s having Psyllium Husk Powder in a dose that does not cause constipation is sublime. Anti-Gas & Bloating aid is working. We paid good money to a natural specialist who explained the benefits of taking Psyllium Husk with an enzyme. Taking this initially led to good weight loss for us but as the years went by we stopped taking the Husk and enzymes faithfully. Now we feel back on track and are seeing a difference. I wish we had all this in one bottle back then. It might have helped us to stay on track. Absolutely recommend, yes!

Good product. Help nicely with digestion. I have bought these a couple of time before. Will no doubt buy again.

First batch seemed to help with meals. Second bottle seemed like smaller capsules and they do nothing to help. Switching brands.

Seems to be working, have been taking them for about 2 weeks. I can say I do feel better.
