When a canker sore is hard to eat or talk with, in particular, this remedy is so helpful. Gels often don't stay put for me, but this stays pretty securely in place and helps to numb and heal, partially through lowering the chance of continued irritation that could impede healing. I try to always have some of these available at home in case I need them.

I've followed this product through several different rebrands. It might have gone through yet another one recently. (I believe it started out as H-B12 melts), now it seems like it might still be Cankermelts but in a different box.Regardless. I think of my life as both before and after my dentist recommended these things. They do not and are not supposed to stick directly onto the sore as some other varieties might have you do. You place it where the side will touch when your mouth is closed. If there is one starting (And if you know you know) I put one there at night and 4 out of 5 times it resolves itself overnight. If for some reason I'm late or it's one that continues growing, I feel like having one of these in place at night dramatically reduces the pain and length of the sore.They are relatively tasteless and the gel "cushion" it makes is easily dissolved by morning. I wouldn't probably use this during the day because of the need to eat and talk.I've been the accidental bite or bump to the inside of the mouth means automatic sore the next day person my whole life and I have tried the drops, the rinses, the covers etc and they have all been excruciatingly painful to place/use and often times would make the sore worse and more tender for having used it for the temporary relief. This is the only thing that has worked AND been pain free.

These are much less pricey than the brand we usually get. They adhere to your gums or teeth instead of the sore itself, which is interesting. I don't feel like they stick and stay as well as some other products but again, the price is much more reasonable and they are still somewhat effective. I'd liken them to when you put wax on braces to help heal an ulcer, only these also have medication in them to hurry the healing process along.My daughter had a sore that was in her cheek that she kept accidentally biting and since it was between her top and bottom teeth, these didn't work because there wasn't an adjacent surface to adhere them to.Overall I think these are a good alternative if you don't want to pay a lot for a mouth ulcer remedy but they won't work for every sore.

They don't stick, they taste like acid and they're enormous. PLUS, they don't numb anything - probably why they're so cheap. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I tried two different times to get it positioned, it does NOT stick. It does NOT relieve pain, and the taste is putrid.

Product does not work for long on pain and does not stay in place, but ease to use

To be honest, the numbing part is the best. It takes a good minute or two for the stickiness work, but once it did, I was good. It's definitely worth money.Although, it made me drool but that's kind of expected.

This product worked much better than expected and arrived within 2 days after I ordered it.
