Loved these for postpartum care. Especially those few days after birth. I had a c section and these were perfect! They are absorbent, comfortable, soft, and light. Barely noticeable under clothing! XL was perfect for me at a size 16 during birth- not small not huge..just comfortable for my incision..did not rub or irritate it. Easy to put on as 1 whole instead of having underwear/disposable briefs AND a huge pad. Can also put a pad inside if you need extra protection…but these are very absorbent! They do have a light perfume scent but not too bad. I am allergic and sensitive to so many things so I was worried about that..but no reaction(:!

For me, I hate periods so if I can throw my underwear away after I would. I used to as a teen and my mom used to get so angry and I got alot of whoop ass for that. So as an adult I use tampons but when procedures prevent me from using them I use these so I can just toss after.They are also super comfortable and good enough you can't see through your clothes whether it's a dress or pants. Highly recommend. I always keep a few in my underwear drawer for if the need arises. It is divine for me especially overnight

I think I've left a written review for maybe 10 products in the 20 years I have been on Amazon, but let me tell you how amazing these are. I have 2 periods a year and when I have one, I have giant cysts. It makes wearing tampons difficult and nighttime is awful. I of course started my period 2 days before a 10 day Caribbean cruise. These worked so well. I did have a few issues with the top part wanting to roll down, but it took me about 5 minutes to figure out that wearing a pair of granny panties on top solved the problem. I did not experience 1 leak while gone and these will be a new staple for my feminine drawer.

I’ve recently developed a condition that results in incontinence. So this truly is a genuine review. They feel like real cotton panties. Very comfortable and soft. The crotch appears to be absorbent. They are very discreet and do not draw any attention. The material is stretchy yet well made and will not fall apart as you push them down or pull them up. There is absolutely zero odor and doesn’t feel like a diaper. These are as comfortable as your everyday underwear. I’m pleasantly surprised and very impressed.

I just had my fifth baby and was sick of the hospital pads which kept bunching up, leaking and weren't comfortable. I ordered these and what a world of a difference! No leaking, much more comfortable, and look more like regular underwear. Not sure why I waited until my 5th baby to use these but definitely recommend!

The size chart did not work for my aunt's proportions. I think she was too short. We needed to go up a size. Just donated the rest of the packs to someone else where she lives.
