So I had taken it apart to see what was going on, and come to find dust everywhere, and a broken part which was the (disc reader) and I was super upset. So I had to order a new part for something that should've came in "Perfect Working Condition" this company is 100% the wost company you could buy a retro Xbox 360 from.... Hope this Helps you not wast your money.

Would not connect to WiFi, ip address errors. Would only work if plugged in directly to ethernet, worked with Xbox customer service to no avail, as well as another IT professional.

Horrible.
If I could give no stars I would. The controller that came with it is broken… no back to actually put the batteries in when we used another back from another controller the controller wouldn’t sync—- and the Xbox doesn’t work and somehow after we hooked it up to the tv my tv stopped working. They say I can’t return it either. So now I spent $200 on something I can’t use and I have to buy another tv.
