No pictures included because it really DOES look just like the advert pictures! Very well packaged, to ensure no damage in transit. Looks beautiful now its up on the wall - and offers a lovely large viewing area, with the affixed shelf being great for small toiletry items, such as toothbrush mug, shaving brush/foam etc. The shelf was slightly less deep than the one on our old mirror - and for some purposes, it's a little 'narrow'......... my husband's electric shaver 'cleaner' unit will only stand on it sideways (and has to be stood away from the shelf fixings) so there are SOME limits as to what can be stored on it. Reasonably decent assembly and installation instructions are included in lots of languages and we found it slightly easier to line up and 'hang' than some mirrors/pictures, though it DOES still require careful measurements and thought; no 'template' provided for drilling holes in the wall, so ensuring all measurements are taken and planned BEFORE drilling will save errors!! We had a shaver light/plug socket ABOVE where the mirror needed to go - and had to remove it from the wall in order to be able to hold the mirror slightly ABOVE the hanging hooks (once screwed into the wall) by just over 1cm, to then drop it down again to 'catch' on the (sturdy) fixings on the rear of the mirror; fortunately, we were aware and had taken this into consideration when looking at the gap we had available and the size of the mirror that would fit! As one or two others have said, there is (as part of the hanging design) a slight 'gap' between the top of the mirror and the wall, which therefore requires compensation at the BOTTOM, through using the (supplied) sticky 'sponge' spacers, in order to ensure that the mirror is completely 'vertical' and that the shelf is level, once installed. TIP: ensure you screw the hanging hooks into the rawl plugs as tightly/far as you can (whilst still having enough of the hook sticking out of the wall to 'catch' on the fixing on the rear of the mirror) as this minimises the 'gap' behind the mirror and the wall, at the top - thereby automatically making it hang closer to vertical; the sticky sponge spacers then 'complete' the levelling process. It took us no more than 30 minutes from opening the package to having a fully installed mirror; with the decorative double layer of glass creating the (bevel-edged) 'frame', it looks good, it's sturdy - and does exactly what it says on the tin. Can't ask for more.

Beautiful mirror for ones bathroom. Came well packaged and in stunning condition. The only bugbear i had when i first unwrapped, once the relief of it not being damaged on arrival, was the fixings make this mirror pertrude off the wall by about 5mm. But once installed its not noticable at all, and actually worked for me as i was able to tuck the cable for my electric toothbrush behind it neatly so it sat on the shelf. Takes a little bit of effort trying to install alone and like most things, this is probably a two man job, but with a little patience and the right place to stand flat whilst installing the shelf (washers and nut whilst holding a screwdriver quite challenging by yourself), this went on fairly easily. Really pleased with thsi for the money, looks stunning, glad i spent the extra for something thats going to sit there for the next 10-20years!. Really would have loved the arch shape but as the mirror i was replacing was rectangle, as would be the rawl plugs from the previous installation, i went with the rectangular shape with a glass shelf. All very sturdy and well.... cant say enough! Buy it!

The mirror is superb, in my opinion the shelf is to wide & needs rounded corners on the outer side. quite happy do do this myself, however the whole experience was spoiled by Evri who after failing to deliver it to North wales managed to send it to Carlisle ! This needed intervention by customer services who were very good. The mirror was received in good order despite it journey around the country. There is no vertical adjustment, so the wall plugs need to be dead level.

Looks great and arrived quickly, very well packaged and in perfect condition. Bit of bother getting it straight on the wall - but that says more about my DIY skills than the instructions!

I pained for weeks over buying the right mirror for my newly refurbished bathroom - I don't have money to waste and wanted to get it right. I eventually decided on the Neue Mirror with a glass shelf. I've had it a while now (waiting for nice bathroom man to pop back and hang it for me!) and when I unpacked it, was struck by the fantastic quality. It's HEAVY and solid and looks very very classy. I've just fitted the shelf myself and it's really solid - absolutely no wobble whatsoever. It hasn't been hung yet but from reading the other reviews on here, I'm assuming I'll have no issues - one of my concerns was that because it is only hung from the top, it might be wobbly towards the bottom end, but I note it has come with some heavy duty double-sided sticky pads which I can only assume are for the bottom half of the mirror to be stuck to the wall as extra security. I still can't believe this mirror was the price it was - I've shopped around for ages and some I've seen, at lesser quality, are far more expensive - so all I'll say is that if you're on a budget (and even if you're not), this mirror will exceed your expectations and will look like you've spent far more than you have - can't argue with that!
