Works pretty well. Faint background noise with music
I've using this in a 2006 Toyota Sequoia with 10 speakers that typically have a very clean sound. The adapter was very easy to set up in the car and pairing with my LG V40 phone took one try. It remembers my phone and automatically connects every time I turn it on. I unplug this every time I park for the night to be sure it won't drain the battery. My only complaint is that there is a faint, static noise in the background every time I play music. It doesn't happen with audio books which is odd.

Fabulous value.
This is awesome. I have paid $50 numerous times for a version of this from Walmart that requires direct plug in rather than Bluetooth. The wire always bent in normal use and stopped working.This pairs perfectly every time and requires no direct plug in.
