no, sweet tarts aren't as strong as shock tarts. these are also softer than (hard candy) shock tarts.

Does this package have blue ones in it

Our Mini Chewy does not have a blue one in there. The flavors would be Orange, Grape, Cherry, Lemonade, and Green Apple.

Why did u guys double the price??

These are discontinued by the manufacturer, which is why sellers are doubling or tripling the price. Once the stock is gone...it is gone for good.
