This is the second time I have ordered this hot end. It is easy to replace once you know what you are doing. The hot end fits right into place with no stress. I am very happy with this easy replacement. And the price is way better than having to replace the whole thing.

I had a dress l dreaded malfunction of my printer in which the piece disconnected from the played, and restored in my hotend becoming a ball of melted filament. To the rescue, Elegoo provides VERY reasonable priced replacement hotends through Amazon that are virtually plug and play....more like install and play, but super fast and easy. Once this arrived, it was easily installed in minutes, and I was right back to printing!! Fantastic Product, Easy Installation, Fast Shipping!! I purchased this as a replacement Hot End to have on hand just "in case". While I do not expect the Hot End to fail, a simple event like a print breaking free from the bed can turn the business end of the print head into a glob of frozen plastic. The mess can be carefully removed but the fragile thermistor wires tend to not survive. The unit is well constructed and includes the complete assembly, heat sink, thermistor, heater cartridge, nozzle, and silicone sock. Compared to other hot ends on my other printers, two Deltas, this is very inexpensive and seems to be quite well made. Compared to others the nozzle and sock are very easy to change. Like all others the nozzle must be changed hot but other than this changing is straight forward.

Installation was easy enough on our Elegoo Neptune 4 Max and it has been working exactly as expected since install.

Un filament est resté coincé dans le Hotend ce qui a endommagé celui-ci. Elegoo m'a suggéré ce modèle compatible avec l'extrudeur de 4 N Max. Je l'ai installé sans problème et l'imprimante est maintenant opérationnelle.

When my existing print head blew out and took the thermo sensor with it, I attempted to get Elegoo to replace via warranty as the printer was 4 months old. No dice. So I purchased this one to just replace the whole mechanism and I've been having no issues with it whatsoever. The mainboard on the 4max popped at 5 months but that has nothing to do with this print head lol
