What a fantastic product. I took this sprayer for a two weeks trip to Europe and so glad that I have it with me. Fill up the bottle with the temperature of your desired and squeeze. Very easy to use and clean. The size is just right. Just don’t expect it to replace your Toto machine from home. I am a happy customer.

It came off when I was trying to use it for the first time; the inside nozzle stick fell apart inside the bottle. Ended up returning. The quality isn’t great for the price. Design is sleek and discreet, through.

Awesome product and potable.

I purchased this portable bidet. When I opened it, there's was a little black bag inside of the bidet itself and I would guess that it is charcoal, but it doesn't say anywhere on the directions what it is or if I should leave the bag in or take the bag out. I tried to call the 855-822–6 969 number that they have on the box. They asked me to press one if I wanted English, so I did then they talked about how I could win a medical device and everything was spoken in Spanish. Then someone came online in English and I started to tell them my issue, but it was AI telling me how I could win the medical device. When I said I wasn't interested it said I reached a medical line. So, I never got to speak to somebody about the bidet. Horrible customer service. I wouldn't recommend this product!

We have videos at home and my husband really misses his when we travel (back problem, range of motion) This is the perfect size. Discreet and efficient.
