Extremely effective, I won’t use any other brand
I prefer the sugar free version of these drops as I tend to need one at bedtime. But I really like Cepacol over other brands so I use them anyway. These drops calm my rough, dry sore throat. I tend to have a intermittent cough due to post nasal drip and end up with a throat that feels rough and dry, which in turn can cause me to cough. This is annoying as I try to settle down to sleep or when it becomes persistent. These drops really do the trick - almost immediately. I’m not a fan of the other flavors, but I have tried them and they are just as effective. I also like that when you read the active ingredients, there is nothing chemical sounding. It’s all familiar names. My only complaint is that they are a bit pricey. And a tad noisy to take each drop out of its little cup.

Lifesaver 🤒
This is the best tasting Cepacol flavor you can get. It’s not the best but it’s tolerable. The honey one and mixed berry flavors are intolerable 🤢 These really do work, I wished the effect lasted longer but I’ll take what I can get when my allergies are really bad or I’m sick. Way better than any other throat lozenge when you throat feels like it’s just been shredded against a cheese grater laced with additional razor blades.

Lifesaver when I was in hospital
I was in hospital for three weeks with a nasogastric tube. Anyone who knows what that is, you have my sympathy. The nurses let me suck on these lozenges and they were an absolute lifesaver, temporarily dulling the irritation and pain in my throat, making it easier to talk.

Good cough candy
I like about cepacol maximum strength throat drop cherry flavor is that I used it for sore throat and it helped my throat very much. I like how it is not sweet at all.

Temporary Relief
You have to use these consecutively for it to help-I bought these post surgery after the tubes damaged my throat for a day or so, and it did help a bit.
