BonKaso Blueprint Hot & Cold Water Dispenser 21C Top Loading with Refrigerator - White/Blue, 20 l

It is a very good quality dispenser with both hot and cold water facility. Also very easy to install and easy to use. I am happy with the water quality and is worth its cost.

The media could not be loaded. I bought this item about in May 2024. And it had started to give trouble in Aug 2025. While normal and hot water is getting dispensed, cold water is not working.Raised a complaint with Bon Kaso customer care (I guess they have outsourced the service to a company by name Blurich). The service person visited after a week of complaint and said that the gas has to be filled, and he said they would order the gas and get it resolved in about 3 days.But it's been almost 20 days since the complaint was made, and I've lost patience already. Once in a while you get a mail response stating the issue would be resolved, but there is no commitment to promise made.Worst after sale service!!

I liked this water dispenser with Hot & Cold water, Convenient top loading with inbuilt 20 Ltr. Refrigerator. Its built quality is also very good and suitable for Home and office both. It has low noise and quite a good experience.

Very amazing product. It has Good Built quality with superb functions. Very nice cooling. Easy to use and eco-friendly.It can be adjusted anywhere in our rooms. The Hot water dispenser has a childlock too which is a very good function specially to protect children from Hot water.

The media could not be loaded. The product came defective to me. Heat is not working.It has been more than 10 days of following up to claim my warranty. These people are not even replying to the emails.The guy who was assigned to check this, is not picking up the call. He said my place is very far from his place so he will not come.Buy at your own risk.
