I haven't used it, but compared it to my mom's set, specifically the tips, and everything seems great. The turn table probably isn't for a commercial kitchen, but spins appropriately to suit my needs. I'm just interested in baking for my family and friends on special occasions and I really liked this set especially for the price. Everything came with it as advertised and on time. I'm really happy the Russian tips came with a 3 bag coupler AND a single bag coupler. For anyone else just starting out exploring different tips, understand there are different couplers for Russian tips vs Russian Ball tips, standard size tips like Wilton's, and larger Wilton tips. The Russian tip's, with or without a ball, couplers can be expensive so this set at less than $10 is a good value and I like the cute touch of how the accessories came packaged. The way it is in the picture is how it came out of the box in a nice little bag. I'm thinking about getting a couple more of these so my kids can decorate little 4" or 6" cakes with me just as an activity. The turn table will also be nice for larger gingerbread house cookie decorating that doesn't fit on a standard cookie decorating turn table. I think this is a lovely and an appropriate gift for someone just starting out in cake decorating, like kids, teens, college students, and aspiring hobby bakers.

This is a great kit. The value is outstanding and it has all the basics needed. All the items are good quality. My only complaint is the turn table. It needs to have nonslip pads on the bottom or you’ll find yourself chasing it around the counter. But this is an easy fix, especially when you consider the value of the entire kit.

Good starter kit. Lots of attachments. The cake stand rotated easily. It was perfect for my occasional decorating, if I did more cakes I would probably upgrade to something more durable. Cakes can slide on the stand, use a rubber mat under the cake board. Overall great value for what you get. Would recommend for occasional decorators or beginners.

My daughter loves them. There’s a good enough variety to keep things interesting. Glad we purchased this lower cost set, and that we are pleased with the results.

This set was so much better than I expected . It has the best beginner supplies needed and the quality is good as well. This has probably been the best purchase I have made on amazon yet!
