💧 Rojo Valve: The smart, sleek water guardian your tank deserves!
The Jobe Valves Rojo Valve is a compact, float-operated water valve designed for automated tank filling. It supports versatile mounting options (above/below water, vertical/horizontal) and features a non-corrosive, NSF 372 certified construction. With a 1/2" inlet size and a max flow rate of 4-5 GPM, it suits low-flow gravity or pressurized systems. The valve includes a lock switch for secure closure and stops water flow automatically during maintenance, ensuring hassle-free operation.

Why did I waste my time with other brands?
So the Jobe valve wasn't my first pick, or admittedly even my second pick - to be honest I just didn't really see the need to buy something that is literally 4x the cost of other float valves on Amazon. My use case was pretty minor also, I have a small hydroponics system and I wanted to just have it auto-fill the cistern - no big deal right? So I purchased the my first float, and it worked fine for about a month, then it stopped completely shutting off the water - the float component really wasn't large enough and my cistern wasn't deep enough to allow for it to create enough force. No biggie, I just bought another cheap one, and low and behold I have the same problem - what a shocker. Of course at this point I've now had to spend more time fiddling with float valves or cleaning up flooding than I want (it's literally the #1 failure point in my system) - so I said to heck with it and looked for the best float and found the Rojo. When you open this thing up, the first thing you'll realize is that this company has clearly been doing this for a while, and is all about making a great product - there's some 'nice to have' features that I hadn't considered until working with the other two, such as the ability to remove the float mechanism WITHOUT removing the plug from the side. And did I mention it also cuts off the water at the same time? In a word, brilliant - reduces flooding to zero and makes servicing the thing a breeze. It also allows for the mechanism to be submerged (check the model, this one support it), which is excellent as well. The float itself is a bit big for my tastes, but it just barely fits and believe me, it cuts off the water no problem. Also the whole spring pushing down/float pushing up design helps it have a very off/on feel in function, as opposed to the other one which would sort of half toggle on and off, dribble water out, etc.All in all, save yourself the time and hassle and just buy a valve from these guys - pay attention to which one though, as they have specifics for each one, like some submersible, some not, etc. Great product.

Way better than the cheap ones.
I have used some of the cheaper autofill valves and they dont last long and often dont seem to shut off completely. This autofill is awesome. Works great, built to last and something I dont expect I will to replace every year. I will be getting another to replace a different fill valve i have that broke also!

Best Water Trough Valves
These are the best water trough valves I have ever bought. You can even take them apart while under pressure. I use these on all my water troughs in all my pastures. The sheep don't seem to be able to break them.
