Gives me noticeable energy, takes away the sluggishness I feel most days. Better than coffee, as it makes me more alert and focused, and doesn't bother my stomach at all, alot of drinks do. 4 stars instead of 5, just because the taste could be better, not amazing, but definitely not bad. More expensive than other options, but I keeep going back to it because if gives me the most pep and lasts longer than other drinks. Also keeps me from being hungry.

Gives a small boost, does not act as a thermogenic, expensive for what you get.

I do not know what made me order a drink mix that costs as much as this one does, but I did. I regret it for more than just the high price. It did not taste good (too sweet with an aftertaste), stains my drink bottles, and it upsets my stomach. While I am always looking for new drink mixes to mix with my water, I overlooked the fact that this one has Splenda in it. Splenda is an artificial sweetener that has been proven to raise blood sugar levels much like sugar does. I use Stevia which is natural and does not affect blood sugar levels. Live and learn.

This is by far the worst Thermo Boost flavor. I can't believe Slimgenics put their name on this. It looks like pond scum and tastes as bad as it looks. In addition to the flavor it's gritty. Save your money!
