3M Tegaderm Transparent Dressing with Label 4" x 4 3/4" (10 x 12 cm)50 per Box #1626W

I will never buy 3M Tegaderm Transparent Dressings from anywhere besides Amazon ever again! The price is AMAZING!!!! I have looked everywhere & Amazon has the best prices I can find by a landslide. I have Breast Cancer & am Prescribed the Fentanyl Patch for pain. The Fentanyl Patches do not adhere well to my body, I have to at the very least use medical tape to keep them on. Needless to say, the medical tape doesn't work or I wouldn't even bother with the Tegaderm Dressings because of the price...however they are the only thing that works besides the J&J Bioclusives that my CVS Pharmacist gives me. The J&J Bioclusives work, but unless you can get them for free from your Pharmacy, they are more expensive than 3M Tegaderm, believe it or not. I have tried calling around to different Pharmacies and if they do have them they only have 3 in a packet, which will last the average Fentanyl Patch patient 9 days out of a 30 day prescription. That's only if you're lucky enough to find a pharmacy that has them & they usually only have 1 or 2 packets & that still doesn't cover the whole month. Before I found Tagederm on Amazon I was paying $17.00 for 4!!!!! Now, thanks to Amazon...I don't have to pay the outrageous price for a quality product. The 3M Tegaderm works great! Any Pharmacist will tell you to use these, I'm not sure why 1 person said it caused them to overdose...they are the same & work the same as the J&J Bioclusives. They are made from the same material, you're basically choosing the brand 3M or Johnson & Johnson. I also double checked that with my Pharmacist & he said all you're paying for is the J&J Name & that's why they're more expensive, but IMO the 3M brand works the same & is easier to apply. The Tegaderm 4x4 size is perfect for the 75MCG Fentanyl Patch & they keep them on you for the entire 3 days during showers and everything else you do. I would and have highly recommended these for anyone who has problems keeping their Fentanyl patch on. I also use a different type of the 3M Tegaderm for my Portacath & it keeps my Port dry as well, I just wish they'd fit over my patch, b/c my home health nurse always leaves me more than I need ;-) There are 2-3 distributors on Amazon that sell the 4x4 3M Tegaderm around the same price range. I use BP Medical Supplies via Amazon & have not had problems or issues arise from my transactions with them. They came exactly as described, it took 6 days from my purchase online to being delivered at my door. The size of the Tegaderm I recieved is 4 x 4 & 3/4 inches & the brand was 3M. I'm not sure why people are saying they're not getting what is described, I would try BP Med Supplies & they will give you exactly what's in the description. Thanks Amazon & BP Med Supplies!!! I originally discovered these following a surgery I had undergone, and part of the home care was to replace the bandages, which the clinic had provided me with a half dozen of these to take home. Prior to this I had purchased other brands / versions at local box stores and pharmacies, however none of them held up as these do. In addition to the performance, these are much more affordable as some box stores and pharmacy’s I noticed were charging $15 to $20 for only 4-each of poorer quality versions.

I bought this 50 pack one day I made the mistake of sliding during a softball game while wearing shorts. I skinned a large section of my leg, and researched the best way to get it to heal. I found Tegaderm and silver gel, bought both, and tried them out. Tegaderm being a clear bandage, I could watch the skin growing back over the next days/weeks I had it covered. It healed quickly, and I became a believer in covering wounds fully (after cleaning them) and keeping them covered with no air exposure during the healing process. I've since used Tegaderm for lots of other issues, always with sucess. I usually use the waterproof Nexcare bandages for small cuts/scrapes/etc, but anything larger, and I will take out a Tegaderm film, and usually cut it down to size a bit so that it's not too much larger than the area I'm covering. My process is to put silver gel on the wound, cut the Tegaderm to size, and place it with the wound centered on the film, taking care not to press down on the wound as I put the film on it (which spreads out the gel). This way the gel stays on the wound, and there is a good waterproof seal from the film around it. Tegaderm does pull off hair when you remove it, but it's not terrible. Overall I don't use it that often, but I love it, and it's indispensable for when you need it.

My wife got these for me. I'm doing the patch to quit smoking and we really want to pull out all the stops to make it work. Things don't stick to me very well so we looked around for something to help keep the patches in place. Fantastic results. We place a Tegaderm over the patch and it doesn't matter how hard I'm working or sweating, they just don't come off until pulled off (stay stuck on in the shower too). When its time to remove, simply give them a quick pull, no big ouch, no messy residue left behind. Very pleased with our purchase!

Ich benutze diese Fixierpflaster für meinen Guardian Sensor und bin sehr zufrieden. Die 1625W von Tegaderm sind einiges größer als mein Sensor, daher bieten sie mir Sicherheit, auch an heißen Tagen, daß der Sensor hält... Vielen Dank! Jederzeit wieder!!!
