There is no way to look inside my body to post an honest review, but this taste good and I just started it, so I'm sure it will take a little bit to see some changes. I hope I won't forget to update my review. This is supposed to be really good. The size of the bottle for the value is great, bigger than I expected, I sometimes forget to verify the quantity in oz, so I was very happy when I got it. I'm pretty fragile and get upset stomach easily, I didn't with this product. I can't wait to see some results.

Like that it is non gmo and taste good. Feels like the nutrition is worth the price. Have been taking for about a month and using it for the omega 3 and vitamin A to enhance cognitive function and increase bone function.
