Appears to work fine at the moment, was a little apprehensive after reading a few reviews but seems well made. Time will tell.... I've used it about 10 times so far and it's been.Great! Water tastes normal, no funny taste as some.reports. I'm yet to.feel any benefits but I guess that will come with time too.

Great Product!
Great Product and an Excellent Seller. Took ages to receive having been 'Lost' by carrier. Seller informed me and apologised for delay. When finally arrived the box clearly had numerous labels with different dates so maybe not lost at all. Happy with the quality and easy operation and looking forward to good results.

Broken and smells
Received the item with a broken lid and a metallic smell. I have washed the bottle 5 times and still smells and is leaking because of the broken lid. Contacted the seller regarding this and there reply was to “give it a clean”

Works well, clean taste, I do have a job cleaning this , but it’s a good bottle to have a home

Bought this for my son as part of his birthday presents as he had been reading up on the benefits of having a bottle like this.There are far more expensive bottles out there but didn’t want to spend that sort of money in case it was just a fad.My son uses it every day and says it is great.

The instructions are not clear regarding the cycle.
They say to press the button once to run the first cycle, then to press and hold the button for the cleaning cycle which is a bit longer. Do I drink the water after the first cycle? Or after both cycles. I'm not quite sure if what they're saying is that you press the button once for the first cycle, drink the water, then refill it again and press and hold the button for the cleaning cycle? I just don't know....
