I was excited to try this product especially because it was sourced from fermented foods. I have been using a different pre-probiotic for about a year that was working great but I just thought it was time for a change. Right from the first few days I was getting concerned, but I decided to give it a total of 10 days. It did not help me at all as a matter fact it had a reverse effect. :-( RS
