It's OK.
It's nice and compact. The non-flexible cover means it doesn't scratch the lens as you rotate it out.The plus side is that it's relatively distortion free for the diameter of lens. The minus side is that it's not as strong a magnification as you might expect from the descriptionAs a rough guide, if you need a slight visual assist reading the ingredients on a corn flakes packet, it'll about do. If it's for studying and identifying small insects (which I do) you'll find it challenging.

Very useful
I have Macular Degeneration in both eyes and have looked for a suitable aid for some time. I had one of these given to me as a promotional gift while at work and recently started to use it when going out. Having found these I bought two of them and have one with me at all times and the other two around the House. The lens are made of glass and together with the sleeve the glass does not get dirty or scratched. The magnification used with my own glases is sufficient for me to read Menus or product labels. These fit nicely in my pocket or my wifes handbag. Highly recommend.

Not beautiful but really does the job.
I need to read labels on food to check carbohydrate values but the print is often tiny. I can keep this in the front pocket of my handbag; it is not beautiful but it's not at all 'fiddly' for my old fingers - 60mm is a bit larger than I realised but not so big it would call attention to itself in a public place. The cover keeps it from getting scratched. It does the job and I'm pleased with it.

Reduced magnification
I compared the magnification to that of a similar item, purchased from the same Company, a few years ago, and this new unit is definitely inferior, both in vision and quality. Shame.

not very good magnification
Not impressed.Magnification claim is debatable.Sent it straight back. Cost me more in post and package than I paid for it.Cheaper to just bin it

Very poor magnification, certainly not 6x as advertised
Very poor magnification, certainly not 6x as advertised. I bought from another supplier a 5x magnification which is far more powerful, yet only cost 99p plus p&p.

Good value
Needed this for reading small print in pub, shops etc. Just what I needed. Will fit in pocket OK without scratching lensMight have been better with a leather type case.
