MCS Canvas Float Frames 12x16, Black Frame, Vertical & Horizontal Wall Hanging Large Frame for Canvas Paintings (1-Pack)

These frames are reasonably priced, look like real wood, are easy use, and seem very sturdy - exactly what I needed for several stretched canvases that were unframed. The walnut color looks great with my walnut furniture. One small drawback for me that I'll pay closer attention to next time: the sides aren't very deep, so if the stretched canvas is unfinished on the sides or is very thick, you may see more of the sides than you'd like. Not a big deal for my first 2 projects, but would be for other canvases I have. I'll note the depth next time!

If my canvas was an original, I would have spent the money to have it professionally framed. But this frame was absolutely perfect for my 11.5”x16.5” reproduction.It’s worth noting that the frame wasn’t in a protective bag, just the shipping box (I was lucky it was’t damaged sitting in some wet snow).The installation was super easy and quick.It comes with the mentioned Velcro sticky pads to hold the print in place. They really hold well (make sure you line the print perfectly before you place it. It’s difficult to adjust and the pads really want to stick!)The hanging bracket pushes in place enough to tap down. In my experience canvas art can hang fine from the stretchers. But I did set it for this application because it came with it.Very pleased with the results and would definitely recommend for an affordable and attractive frame.

These frames were exactly what I needed to frame my canvas boards. I just glued my canvas boards to a stretched canvas, so that it was deep enough for the frame. They were super easy to use and my paintings feel very secure with the Velcro. Also, they look like high quality wood and not crappy fake wood. They have wood texture and a matte finish. The color is very natural looking too. I am just so happy with these and will definitely be buying more!

I order the several frames for my canvas 16x20 paintings. Most of them are unnecessary high price, and few of them are very complicated, you need to have screw driver and drill or so to put them in. This one is the easily, light weight and really highlight my painting. I order the same kind but different colors: the white is ok, the natural wood doesn’t work. I stick with black and gold color. The reason I give only 4 stars because: 1. Some of them came with few marks and scratches 2. They shipped me a white one instead of black and gold (wrong item). 3. The return is more hazard than normal Amazon items (you can’t return at Amazon fresh without printed label). These are just logistic problem. I will order these again (black and gold) if they are available in stock, and for many different sizes.

I have purchased several of these now in various colors, and every time I’m impressed with how great they look! Installing the hanging bracket is simple and on takes a few gentle hits of a small hammer to attach the hanging bracket! The sizing was perfect for my canvas and applying the double sided tape is simple and holds the canvas in place perfectly, causing an almost floating look in the center of the frame! I have purchased multiple colors to date and for the low cost, you cannot go wrong!

Just finished a painting and bought this floater frame. Very nice quality and gives a very professional look to your art. What impressed me most was the ease of attaching canvas to frame. No nails or hammer to fix it in the frame just stick on velcro. Now if I want to change the art work, it is a simple task of detaching it from the velcro strips. Quite ingeneous. Would definitely buy again.

These are great frames, and I have them in a variety of sizes and colors. I use them for stretched canvases, or canvas boards. They give depth and dimension to art that doesn't take traditional frames, and provide a finished look to set off the pieces. They come with a sawtooth hanger.They sit within the frame (the whole canvas and sides can be seen, rather than have the frame extend over the sides), so if you don't like that look this isn't for you. But if you like the look and it fits your art, this is a great alternative to expensive professional framing.

I am an artist who needs to frame paintings for shows which is quite expensive. I was pretty happy with this brand of frame so far is a couple of sizes. The velcro holds the painting in altho I glued the velcro to the frame with gorilla glue as the glue on velcro doesnt always hold in my experience. Additionally I had to attach wire to the canvas which is required for showing art and more professional. (the sawtooth hangersenclosed are really only ok for holding up small canvasses).The frames look good , tho plastic. I had no damage upon receipt. The box was great and I kept them in case I need to transport or ship them.
