This pillow is life changing! I made the mistake of falling asleep on my regular pillow and woke up with neck pain. This is the only pillow that allowed me to sleep comfortably. It stays fresh at all times and is so comfortable! I don’t need any other pillow if I’m using this one.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I've always had a a hard time trying to find a good pillow and doesn't become flat with the time. This pillow is amazing, it has different heights depending on how you sleep, and it comes back to its original shape easily. You can remove the middle part if you think it's too tall, it's very comfortable, I love it!

Pillow is decent compared to a regular pillow. The space for the arm on the side is too small to actually fit like the picture suggests. It's much more suited for a back sleeper vs a side sleeper. The alignment of the neck is better on the back.

I bought this pillow a few months ago. It is a great pillow but I think they need a smaller size for petite/shorter women (I am 5'3") The distance between the bottom edge of the pillow and the sunken part is too long for me....so when laying on my back or side, I have to push my shoulders into the edge of the pillow (scrunching the pillow some) so my head can lay in the dip of the pillow...so then it fits like I am fighting with the pillow all night. (or maybe I just need a longer neck). Anyway, it would be great if they would offer this pillow in a smaller version...and they test it out on us shorter women.

I've been experiencing perimenopause symptoms, the most distressing and uncomfortable of which have been major sleep problems: increasingly sore neck, shoulders, and back; overheating and waking up sweaty and uncomfortable, waking up in the middle of the night and unable to get back to restful sleep, etc. I tried everything including a fan, cool humidifier, weighted blanket, natural sleep supplements, opening a window at night, and listening to guided meditations but nothing made a significant difference. The pillow is comfortable and keeps the neck in a good position. I like that it adjusts to different sleeping styles and doesn’t feel hot at night. After a few days, I noticed less neck tension. It’s a good choice if you want something simple and durable.

Perfect soft you can tell this will last years I use it for my back or butt instead of my face as it’s too soft and I realized I like a more firm face pillow but if you like something soft and foam like this is it
