How many pills are one serving?

1 pill is a good start if you haven't used it before... Depending on how much you weigh and how sensitive you are... I take one if I know I am going to be in a stressful situation, but if I get a panic attack I have to take two... I break one open and drink the powder (taste like mild icing sugar) and then pop the other one in pill form for slower absorption... The pill takes about 20 minutes to get into your bloodstream, but if you need it to go in fast, you pop the powder and it gets in your bloodstream in about 5 minutes... (if it is a pill not a capsule you can chew it)

It is the rising cost of ingredients and continued supply chain challenges caused by the pandemic coupled with inflation and the ever-increasing prime interest rate thanks to the Federal Reserve in an effort to curb inflation. Raw ingredients for supplements and personal care products have increase 40% - 40%, LET THAT SINK IN - since the pandemic. THAT is why prices have gone up on everything. Companies can't eat a 40% cost increase. If the previous reviewer would have blamed corrupt elites and government officials orchestrating fires at food processing plants, etc. as being a cause of rising prices, they would have been correct.
