Light & Fluffy Complete Pancake Mix, Blueberry, 25.2 OZ (Pack of 2)

Excellent pancake mix. Taste great. But a bit on the high side cost wise.

I love blueberry pancakes and I used to buy this brand at a grocery store near my home. Now, I can only find it on Amazon. The mix is good, but I thought it was too watery when I first tried it. I then read another person's review where she added milk and an egg, and it was much better. I add blueberries to the pancakes as I am cooking them. I also let the batter sit for about 5-10 minutes and it is perfect! To me, these pancakes are just as good or better as eating them at a restaurant.

These are so fluffy and lots of blueberry bits in them. My family's favorite blueberry pancakes. I've purchased every brand that's available until we found Krusteaz. Our local stores quit carrying any blueberry pancake mixes, so now we get them online. Package arrived with the boxes in tightly sealed plastic. 10/10 recommend!

This is my standard go-to for making waffles! Just add maple syrup!
