Poor zipper quality.
The zipper on this item is very low quality. Used this on a flight a few days after purchase and the zipper blew open.

No good, cracked at arrival
Bad quality product from Calvin Klein. This is the second suitcase from them and this hard case arrived cracked in two places. I reached out to customer service twice at Calvin Klein and nobody got back to me. They ignored my request for another replacement. I am very disappointed, it didn't even make it to the airport where luggage handlers would be throwing it and it cracked already. Just imagine going on a trip with this.
