great product! will update again when i iron them onto the fabric but so far so good! they matched the design and colors i sent and it came out very clean :) they feel very durable as well and came with instructions on how to adhere them to the fabric and the size is exactly what i wanted!

The seller contacted me right away about font sizing and worked with me to make changes to the design. Once changes were made, a second proof was provided and the patch looked great in the proof. Once the patch arrived, it exceeded my expectations for quality, vibrant colors, and zero trays. Please allow time for shipping and expect to receive an outstanding product!

Great quality, great customer service. I ordered 2 embroidered patches. Simple jpg sent. From those jpg they made exactly what I was looking for. The look was perfect, but the colors were off on one of them. I contacted the support team, they responded quite quickly, corrected the issue and sent replacements. Highly recommend!

Wonderful, Near perfect, respectful, fantastic quality and pricing, even when mistakes were made on my end or theirs quick to help correct even when it was my mistake on an occasion. I have used this company multiple times and have not been disappointed. Their size estimates are very close to spot on. They do very well by matching color with pictures sent. I ordered an embroidered patch to attach to the front of a hat. Unfortunately, the first order was not made correctly due to some miscommunication. The seller later acknowledged that they had missed some of the details I wrote in the notes section. However, their customer service was absolutely outstanding. The seller was extremely kind, took full responsibility, and kindly remade the patch for me. The replacement turned out perfect — the embroidery quality is excellent, and the craftsmanship exceeded my expectations. I truly appreciate how professionally and generously the seller handled the situation. Because of the quality of the product and the excellent service, I would highly recommend this seller. One small suggestion for future buyers: when ordering a custom patch, make sure to confirm all design details with the seller via email or messages before production to ensure everything is exactly how you want it.
