Very good as are all her books.

This book has a murder/missing persons plot. The story line is good but the author is very wordy. This author describes every detail and leaves little to the imagination making the book about 100 pages longer than it needed to be IMO. I found myself skipping parts that seemed irrelevant to the story.

Suspenseful. Just when you think you figured it out there's another twist

The physical book was in great condition and came in a timely manner. The book content was okay. I didn’t really get into this story and felt the book could have been much shorter. A few twists, but kind of predictable.

While the book was definitely suspenseful and engaging, there were moments where the story felt a bit repetitive, and a few sections could have been more tightly written. However, these minor issues didn’t take away from the overall intrigue of the plot. If you enjoy thrillers that keep you questioning every character’s motive, this one delivers. Despite a few slow moments, it held my attention and kept me fully invested until the final reveal. A solid, satisfying read for fans of suspense.

This is a very long book. It was so exciting that I read in three days…could not put it down

I truly believe this is on my top ten reads of my adult life. It has a little bit of everything in it. I couldn't stop reading. Lisa Jackson doesn't disappoint you. The murder is a mystery to the very end. I always try to solve the murders in her mysteries before I finish it. This time I couldn't. I highly recommend this book. It's excellent.

It’s slow to start but once it gets going, it’s riveting. I saw some of the twists coming and others blew my mind. Such a good read from an amazing author!

Lots of interesting little twists, I was expecting a bigger finish so was a little dissatisfied but still a thrilling read.

As always Lisa gives a great plot with lots of twists and turns always a tense ending enjoyable read on to the next one for me
