I was a little skeptical about these but decided to give them a try. I must say I am very pleased and will check to see if they stock fobs for my other vehicles. These were to replace the fob cover for a 2017 Sonata and they did the job remarkably well. The job isn't overly difficult hardest part was getting the old fobs open. After watching YouTube video found it easiest using needle nose pliers placed in notch and pulling them open. A little tricky with only two hands. I didn't use the tools in the kit for obvious reasons, although they may work. Anyway did both fobs in about 1/2 hour and they work great. Where you press is a little different because of the separation lines but they work fine. Would purchase again.

The design and pieces of this replica are an exact duplication of the factory key fob. Even the quality is the same. I used this to replace my 2016 Sonata factory fob and all the pieces from the factory one fit precisely in this replica. As another reviewer pointed out, this replica shows an SUV on the open trunk button as opposed to a sedan, but no big deal for me. And the best part is this replica holds together with a screw.Why is that the best part? Because my factory fob was glued together and it took more than an hour to get it apart using a razor utility knife and various thickness screw drivers. Don't believe the videos where the factory ones just snap apart with some brute force!!

The new fob works great. My rubber button cover (lock/unlock/trunk/panic) had cracked and the buttons were falling off. I initially tried to just replace the cover but after about 20 mins of trying to get the new rubber piece in place (I just couldn't get it to lock in all the way around) I gave up and just replaced the whole housing. I did have to use a couple parts from the original fob to get the key to stay in the locked position but it was simple and the added screw in this assembly was much easier than having it snap together on the old one. Works great and does the trick on my 2016 Santa Fe.

Cannot be programmed

Very simple to swap out the electronics and car key to the new fob. Now have two brand new keys, thanks
