After scouring the site for a mattress, and adhering to reviews, negative or otherwise, I decided to purchase this one. Not just for the outstanding value but for the description and comfort value.It came vauum packed and rolled in a sturdy cardboard box and upon opening it I had my doubts over its performance. But once it was released from the plastic wrapping (take extreme care when doing this!), in fact for safety issues get a mate to help you, it expanded rapidly. . It comes with a little gadget cutter so take care not to nick the mattress. Make sure you know which room it's going in though...It was left on a flat surface for, it states around 72 hrs but tbh I don't think it needs that long. I left it for just over 40 hrs and it seems okay. Once on the bed I sat on it, then laid on it. It is adsolute heaven! I know I have now made the perfect choice and look forward to sleeping on it full time.All in all, a good solid, quality mattress and great value for money. Forget about those TV ad ones that cost thousands. Trust me, me and the bf are well chuffed.

After lots of time spend looking at various king size mattresses and reading a lot of reviews, I finally slide index that I would try this one. After unpacking the mattress it very quickly expanded and I left it on a spare bad for 5 days (needs 3 days) but I wanted to maximize the time before trying it out. Having slept on it now for 2 nights, I can say with absolute honesty that it really is a brilliant mattress due this price. The quality is there and the mattress is firm enough for me, but not overly firm. It has a nice level med to firm and is very supportive. There is nothing bad I can say about it at all and I slept very well and woke up without any aches or pains. When you first unpack it, you maybe concerned that you feel the springs, but that is purely because it needs time for the diam topping to fully expand. I cannot feel the springs on it at all whilst using it and there is no noise from it. I have put a full cover mattress protector on it for good protection to help prolong it's life. I expect this product to last a good time from early experience, but nothing is guaranteed. One thing I will say, is that the good reviews on this mattress are mostly correct and genuine reviews. Highly recommended purchase and I prefer this to a full memory foam mattress as I feel it's better supporting,especially if you gar back ache like I do.

I am really happy with this mattress. My previous mattress was a Simba which we had for 7 years. I did not want another memory foam mattress cause I hate that you sink into it and get hot. This mattress definitely doesn't feel like a lump of memory foam. It is very firm and I like that. I feel that it's very supportive and helps with aches and pains. I have lower back issues and I am not waking up and feeling as bad as usual. I have bought a different cheap mattress from Amazon and it does an alarming thing towards the edges where you feel like you're going to fall out of bed. This mattress does not do that, supporting right to the edge. I am super happy with my purchase and the price. The only downside is, I got a king size and it's smaller than a normal king. There's a good couple of inches on the sides and bottom to my bed frame. This is all hidden by the duvet so it's not a problem, but the mattress is not proper king sized.

Very quality, I sleep well throughout the night 🌙 I don't even wants to wake up.

For the money a snip, went to a showroom and they wanted hundreds of pounds more much for the same thing (only real difference bit more gel foam but less support foam and steel not foam springs) can't see that being an issue this mattress has a ten year guarantee just like the pricey variants, I would say it's medium firm but that's subjective, do know I slept well on it,this is our second mattress from these folks the other four months in no issue, watch out unpacking it's like a jack in a box use the cutter provided.

I've bought 2 of these for my adult sons and they both have nothing but good things to say about them. I also have the king in grey and have had some of the best sleep I've had in years. The quality is amazing for the price and although feels quite firm, it's also really comfy.

Decided to order this mattress based on great opinions on Amazon and for its pocket spring zones for reduced movement transfer. Unfortunately the size is not truly king size as fitted in the king size bed frame it leaves quite large gaps on the sides and does not sit where it supposed to sit ( the bed frame has brackets for mattresses to sit in). This causes mattres to move on the bed frame. The reduction in movement is not effective either and the mattess bounces. The layer of memory foam on top is thin as can also feel the springs below.It is thick and delivery was no issue but waiting for 72 hours to be able to use the bed is long time also. Quite disappointed overall.

Appears to be a good quality mattress, as described by the seller, however can't comment on comfort as not used yet.
