Great Value for Money
I was looking for a vertical mouse to try, but was hesitant to buy an expensive one incase I ended up not liking it. Settled on this JLab mouse since I own other JLab products that I like, and the reviews were pretty good. It was easy to set up and start using, and the size is perfect for my small hands. It is lightweight with a good handfeel and the charge lasts a long time - I love that it’s quiet-click too. The only issue I had was with the Bluetooth functionality not staying connected to my computer, but no issues after switching to the plug-in receiver. Certainly helped alleviate some of my elbow pain and I don’t miss my traditional mouse! I would recommend this for vertical first timers, and for people looking for a full sized mouse they can travel with.

Great Mouse, Satisfying Purchase!
I spend around 12-16 hours on the computer for school and work, so this mouse has been an unexpected lifesaver! It’s very comfortable and easy to use, though a bit strange to use at first, and it works just as any other mouse — just with some added support and a button feature that lets you bookmark pages with one click. It does feel a bit light so that might be what others say about it feeling “too plasticky,” so if you want some weight to your mouse, this might not be what you want. Overall, really great product.

Great for the price, but
My wrist has been hurting since last year, and I’ve done tons of research on ergonomic mice, keyboards, wrist-resting pads, etc. I had high hopes for this one, and here I share my experience with it.Size:It is somewhere between the Logitech Vertical and the Lift. When it comes to ergonomic mice, size matters as we are looking for something really comfortable to use. If you find the Logitech Lift a bit small, this one will work out for you. Personally, I find it a bit bulky and not the most comfortable.Clicks:It’s pretty quiet, which is good. The scroll wheel also feels solid, but the side buttons are a bit worse and feel cheap. It has one more button on the top with the brand logo, which is a good extra for something like an F5, a refreshing key, which is good bonus.Battery life:I find it pretty efficient, like Logitech ones. Connected through BT, you can see it from the battery indicator easily. One thing, compared to Logitech or MS mice, it takes a second longer to come back from idle. It bothers me, but it could be fine for most people. Conclusion:I don’t find it the most comfortable one out there, and the plastic feels a bit cheap to the touch. However, it’s literally less than half the price of popular ones in the market, so I have to say this is great value for the price and offers cheap alternatives to pricey ones. In this price range, you'd better go with this one than no-name cheaper ones on Amazon.

Very good mouse
Very comfy and fits my hand perfectly. As a reference, my hand is pretty much the size of those plastic Large gloves. Feels solid much like Logitech's build quality.

Great Ergonomics, Poor Battery
The ergonomics, function and utility are very good. Have had this mouse for about 8 months. Now the battery needs charging weekly. Got a couple months out of a charge initially - not great, but better than a week. Initially gave it 5 stars but poor battery life requires a rating downgrade.

Breaks quickly
Would have been 5 stars if the scroller didn’t stop working after a few months. I have had two of them do this now. It is a great mouse otherwise which is why I bought a second hoping the first one was a fluke. A nearly $40 mouse should last a lot longer than 4-5 months.

Love this
I wanted to use it for a couple of months before writing a review. I LOVE this mouse. First and foremost, The battery life is amazing.I have been using it for 2 months and still have 70% left, which is better than any mouse I have had so far. I like the design of it in your hand very comfortable. The setting for changing buttons is second to none. Highly recommend to anyone.

Product Longevity is Minimal
Good product but the scroll wheel stopped working at around 5 months in. Not happy that I spent $40 on this and now have to order a new mouse because the scroll function stopped working. There are ways around it, you can click the scroll wheel and drag up and down a page but that is a more timely function than scrolling on the wheel. Product does not have longevity.
