Beautiful wood, super sharp blade. Excellent choice for chopping herbs, dicing vegetables. Board can be used on both sides.

Nice sharp blade and good size. But the wood is not real walnut, it's stained to color. Put some food grade oil on it to cure it and it doesn't absorb into the stain. But it is nice looking and functional

Purchased this for my grandnephew as he really liked using the one in my kitchen. Easy to chop or mince vegetables, herbs or spices. Stays sharp forever and there is something close to a zen calmness in rocking the knife back and forth. Good value for the quality as nd very glad I also purchased the concave wood cutting board.
