I got this as a replacement for the head that came with my mop. It is an acceptable alternative. I liked the idea of the solid middle (old one had a hole in the middle) but I am not sure it touches the floor all that often. I also thought the mixed fabric might offer a little more scrubbiness - not seeing that. I also don't think it is quite as absorbent as the original. It washes up nice and bright though - more synthetics?

This mop is a game changer. It's so easy to use. The mop head is easily removed and replaced with a clean head, allowing me to wash the dirty one. The spinning action is second to none, so that I'm not sloshing a ton of water everywhere. You won't regret purchasing this jewel!

It looks nice and thick, but does not fit the 2 rinse system o cedar mop. Wish they had this for the 2 rinse bucket as well. Had to return
