Have it next to my bed for 20 minutes or so of therapy as I go to sleep and to assist with getting the morning going..

no real benefits seen yet. but not knocking the products as it will need time. my rating is not reflective. though I must say, I sleep very good with the lights over my body. Don't know if i am just super tired or not.

We still occasionally use it and it’s been a few months, so there’s that. Don’t know of anything is actually happening though

Loved this item but wouldn't recommend... purchased April 10 2024, hardly made it 8 months and the lights on one of the panels already failed.... I'm very upset because we use this about once a week and for it to already be out, not even 8 months later is disappointing.

Finally a product that’s easy to set up and easy to use . No need to hold it up to my face with my hands anymore . This is a solid functional design and it doesn’t take too much space . As for the red light therapy , it also works on sore muscles like my neck and shoulders and it’s so much cheaper than going to my esthetician.

I like the height and the red light arms are adjustable. I can use it while I’m working because I use this light for my legs and back of my body.

If you have an implanted defibrillator similar implants you can not use this product, that was me. I was so excited to try this and bought it. Everything I read about these red lights was all positive. I was extremely excited when it arrived. But it was not an option for me and I had to return it..
