Worked great. Used on dirt so not much weight required.

This was extremely effective for reclaiming an overgrown dirt road on my off-grid property. It ripped out the sagebrush in about 3 passes and did a decent job of doing some light flattening of the soil as well.HOWEVER, the carabiners will 100% break almost immediately. I had one break in the first 60 seconds, and the other one broke after about 30 minutes. As soon as it arrives, go buy a thicker carabiner that still fits in the chain and you're off to the races. Also, throw away the straps they send and just use a decent ratchet strap.I weighed this down with two concrete blocks (about 40 pounds each) and it worked WAY WAY better than I expected.

Works great for the price. The only thing to consider if you have fresh tilled land with grass or weed debris in it, it will get caught in the bars and you will have to stop and remove the vines and grass stubble .

Connectors broke first few minutes. Entire unit is falling apart after second use on a gravel driveway. Thin cheap metal definitely not for gravel driveways. BUYER BEWARE!

Great price and is working just I expected on the field. Easy to assemble and use.

The leveling tool itself works great. Did a great job on my lawn... HOWEVER... the quick links/ carabiners that connect the chain to the drag are terrible! After reading some reviews of the tool, at another purchaser's recommendation i went to my local ace hardware and purchased all new carabiners for the unit prior to starting my project. I'm glad i did because they all needed replacing halfway through the project. Otherwise, the tool is great. It seems pretty sturdy, and handled the 2 cinder blocks I added perfectly. I used it for leveling a 60/40 soil & sand mixture. I plan to use it for a 100% sand leveling in about 2 months. I'm glad to have added this to my residential landscape tool arsenal.
