I'm "guessing" you mean "Water-fill"?..... No, there's no "lip" to pour a top-up of water into the base. You'd have to remove all the baskets and top-up the base again. You end up with water dripping all over the place, so you'd need a teatowel laid out nearby. Not to mention you'd risk scalding yourself from all the steam & hot dripping water! Buy one with a top-up lip - much better and safer too!

These all have sealed bases therefore the base cannot be removed.

What type of plug does this steamer have 2 or 3 prongs?

It’s hard wired into the appliance with a 3 pin uk plug on the other end.

Is there anyway you can buy replacement pans

For the price you pay I would just buy a new one
