I’m torn about the rating because the product itself is good. I liked the height of the bowls and the shallowness. It was exactly what I was looking for. The green color tone was also nice. The bowls were lighter in weight than I expected which was a nice surprise. The price of the items was better than the competitors. Having said that, I was disappointed that one bold was broken when I received it, so I exchanged the item. The second time there was a broken bowl on the same side as the previous package. It made me wonder if it was the same exact package I returned. The second time, I decided to get a refund which was graciously granted. For the sake of efficiency and cost effectiveness, it would have been best to have me return the broken item and replace that one item for another one, but that was not an option. I had to return the whole package. I ended up taking my business to a competitor. Although the bowls ended up being more expensive from the competitor, I was happy to receive unbroken items, and it save me the time and hassle of returning merchandise.

I originally intended to purchase these for my chinchilla but only realized when they arrived that they're much taller than I expected (because of my lack of spatial awareness and attention to detail, not anything to do with the listing) but the good news is they do work really well for their intended audience: cats. We have noticed how our cat Edgar (pictured) has more natural and comfortable and natural po we tire while eating out of these raised bowls. And they're deep enough to hold more brothy foods without having a deep bowl shape.

I’m very happy with these so far! I have two Siberian cats and they are tall, and had been bending down a lot to eat. Finding items for these cats always proves to be a bit of a struggle, so I am glad to have found something for bigger cats. These bowls are a great height, good price, light weight and easy to clean. Both cats seem to enjoy the bowls and they have not thrown up after eating! The bowls are also wide and shallow so it doesn’t bother their whiskers. Overall a good purchase and I would recommend them!

My cat LOVES these bowls. You can tell that it’s a lot easier for her to eat and she can sit up comfortably while doing so. The porcelain is really sturdy and easy to clean. One of my best cat purchases, for sure.

Absolutely love these bowls such a good size tall enough to be good for an adult cat and not too tall for a 8 week old kitten. And the actual bowl size is good for adult cat portions. The design is very simple and nice the Color goes will with my home decor. Definitely put a slip resistant mat under them they don’t do well on hardware floors or countertops they slide. And they are a dream to clean their design makes it easy to just soak and scrub off and food.

so far they are holding up for us- they only thing that i would complain about is that they are too shallow for water- you have to constantly refill. otherwise they are super durable for ceramic.

These are really nice bowls! I was searching for the right bowls for my cats for a longggg time. These work great for my kitties!

I bought these elevated cat bowls for my older cat, and the difference has been amazing. It’s easier on his neck and joints because he doesn’t have to bend down as far to eat or drink. The height seems just right. The materials are easy to clean and feel durable. Since switching to elevated bowls, she seems more comfortable during mealtime and eats more steadily. Highly recommend for any pet parent with a senior kitty!
