Great product.
I laid Indian stone and a lot of rust came through which spoilt the look. I was wanting to speed up the weeping coming through. You can get this depending on your Indian stone. This did speed it up allowing the sealing process to happen as planned a year later.

Voldemort has nothing on this. It is magic stuff
I had loads of stains on my new smooth Indian Sandstone Patio. Caused by Miracle Gro which is a common complaint. Miracle Gro is a fertiliser and it has Iron Phosphate in it. Iron Phosphate is I believe acidic and this left yellow spots where grains of Miracle Gro fell on the slabs. Worse, walked across the patio carrying these same grains on my shoes and left big footmarks all over the patio. I could have wept. Anyway, sprayed the effected area (there was a lot) with water, applied Rust Off and nothing happened, then the yellow areas went a bright purple, left if for 5 minutes and then washed it off with lots of water. I was disappointed, yellow marks gone but lighter marks remained. Better than before but I had hoped for more. Anyway, when indoors and came out later and the marks were all gone. Amazing. I got through the Litre quickly but then started applying the spots with a brush as opposed to pouring the stuff out. This made it go a lot further. But I have purchased more as I ran out and I think this is a good thing to have available in case this happens again although I am no longer going to apply a grain type fertiliser to my lawn, I will use a liquid type and apply with a watering can with a rose and work away from the patio. UPDATE: Ran out so purchased a cheaper brand and it was nowhere near as good. It did work in places but I had to use a lot more of the stuff so a false economy really. And I will now have to buy more Stonetex as there are still some spots which have not gone which I think Stonetex will shift.

Amazing results, worked perfectly
I had some deep rust stains in a new Indian sandstone patio that was recently laid, rust had seeped from a cast iron sun shade stand into the stone. The Stontex has completely removed the entire stain. After applying the fluid, the rust reacted to a deep purple colour wish then needs to be hosed away properly with water. I found that the fluid changed the colour of the stone ever so slightly, and so left a 'clean' patch that was visible. I'd advise applying to the rust area, but then lathering it up to cover the entire stone slab using a stiff scrubbing brush. Make sure to follow the instructions carefully. Fantastic product though, you won't be dissapoointed.

Fixed acid damaged patio!! Great product!
Following receiving some poor advice to use a mortar acid to clean my patio it became badly damaged. Use of a combination of stontex and net-trol on the really affected areas brought up the patio like new. The product smells really bad however that disappears after a week or two! Results were after 2 applications. Great product! Heavily recommend! Photos: 1. before 2. Photos after application of stontex except for remaining orange slabs 3. After product dried and application of net-trol on orange slabs.

It stinks...but it a good way
This stuff really works. I have tried other rust remover products and nothing shifted the rust stains on my flags/patio. The liquid itself does smell bad, so protection definitely advised. Follow the instructions to the letter, DO NOT LET THE LIQUID DRY WHEN IT TURNS PURPLE!! Rinse, rinse and re-rinse until all purple reaction is removed and you will be left with no rust stains.

Amazing. It really works!
Amazing! I was sceptical about using this on new expensive porcelain patio tiles that had rust marks from a plant container. I used a scrubbing brush and followed the instructions exactly. Be prepared for the bright purple colour! All the rust has gone. Absolutely delighted. Thank you. Highly recommended.
