I really like this helper, it has enough stretch to make adjusting it easy and comfortable. I like the flat "stay" at the back for helping to center it when putting it on but also for the extra support. It allows you to pull the side "tabs" as lightly or snuggly as you like. So if I am lifting feed for the animals or working in the garden I would want it fairly snug to help my muscles work and protect them. Or if I am riding my horse I would have light contact to keep me aware of my posture. I don't wear it all the time, just when needed for projects. I'm pretty sure the velcro will eventually wear out as things get stuck in it that will make it less useful but it was a very reasonable price so I wouldn't mind replacing it.

I love these braces but if I use them too often, the Velcro wears out and won’t grip any longer. It’s a shame because the brace itself works really well for my lower back pain.

Great product that works as advertised

I really don't like this brace so far. I was trying to replace my old worn out Copper Fit. This one is vastly different. I'm short and it feels too wide. Size was described as "one size fits most" and claims to fit up to 50 inches. Not even close to that length. It barely fits and it has these other two straps that might go around someone with a 20 inch waist. A few months later and the Velcro is already shot.

Wide, comfortable and easy to use Velcro. Reasonably priced. Kinda hot in wear and Velcro will wear out at some point.
