Fan runs well, the attached light illuminates nicely. Only one problem, I can’t listen to the radio. The AM band is totally borked due to the interference, even when the fan and light are switched off via the remote control. Only way to get rid of the noise is to turn off the circuit breaker in the panel.Zero customer support, unable to reach a live person, no return call going on seven days now.Update 7-2-25. I’ve been contacted by the factory and they are providing excellent support in assisting me to solve this problem. Will try to keep my review updated.Update 7-3-25. I have just received a new controller and promptly installed it. My AM radio interference is gone and my radio reception is crystal clear. I’m impressed by the terrific factory support, they kept me updated every step of the way. I highly recommend them as their support is unparalleled.I’m upgrading my product review from 3 stars to 5 stars.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:After much research; right size and right featuresLight quality:The light was awesome and adjustable. This product has so many features too many to mention. The final step of installation was missing though which required some thought (removing 2 of 4 screws, pushing fan in place , twisting unit to hold fan , then tightening screws and re-installing removed screws.) I still love this fan/light!

The only negative is the styling. It looks kinda simple and cheap. However, the advantage of this thing is that it is so simple and utilitarian. It was very affordable, quick to install, and it moves more air and lights better than the old wonky fan that I replaced, which was so loud I couldn't sleep. This thing is like a quiet white noise machine when it runs.

I bought this item and, when it first arrived, it was defective (the three nooks where the blades are supposed to get screwed into were not threaded and therefore the screws would not catch or hold in place). I tried to call the customer service line (the instruction booklet said they operate on PT) but the answering machine said they were closed and business hours were actually EST. I had read a few bad reviews from previous buyers regarding the customer service, so I ended up going directly through Amazon (whom I trust). I filed for a return/refund and then simply purchased another fan (I had read such good reviews about this product and you can’t beat the price, so I decided to give it the benefit of the doubt and give it a second chance). The second fan arrived flawless and I was able to install it myself with minimal struggle (I am not a handy man by any means). The video tutorial was super helpful as is the instruction booklet. The end result looks really good on my lanai and my hope is that I will be happy with this product going forward.PS: Before you buy, triple check to see if there is an additional 10% off coupon via Amazon on the listing. I had missed that offer the first time I purchased it, but was able to save $8 on my second purchase when I noticed the coupon.

Love, love the airflow. The fan itself is silent. The only sound is the sound of the airflow. The airflow can also be adjusted to 6 different speeds. I also appreciate the light. I can have i† really bright when needed to see things yet have it dim when I just need a little light.

These fans are great! We recently replaced our outdoor fans with these and couldn't be happier. They're quiet, the lights are adjustable in intensity (white, natural, yellow). Very easy to set up and they seem like they're going to last me a while in the Florida elements.

This is the perfect size for my very small bedroom. It was easy to install self. The instructions were easy to follow and I had it up and running in about an hour. It's pretty quiet and seems to move air well.

I ordered this for the white side. The white isn’t white, it’s more eggshell in color. This is my only complaint. I ended up using the wood side and I love it! I love everything about this fan besides it not being white. My electrician said it was the easiest fan he’s ever installed. Looks nice and the remote is definitely a bonus. I would recommend this. Just remember not to expect white.
