I've tried many probiotics over the years such as Culturelle & IBgard. This one works as advertised and has been life changing for me. I highly recommend it. Their other probiotics work very well too. I took the one also that you can take during antibiotic treatment. Worked like a charm. Really helped my stomach a ton. This is amazing!

I have been using this product for about six months and it has definitely helped with digestion. I quit taking it to a little while and noticed my bloating feelings returned. It is a little expensive but I think it is worth it not to have a bloated stomach.

Studies show that the cultures in this are helpful to gut biome. But do not expect it to control hyper motility of the GI tract. like diarrhea and gas. the effects will not last if you have a more chronic condition. Not sure what my condition is called but i have some symptoms of IBS. Used it for two weeks. Didnt touch my symptoms. I have purchased several different brands with different cultures with have some research behind them. My expectations are low, but hoping for a surprise. It might work for you. But not me. Three stars because they were rated as having proven amounts of claimed culures in reviews from Consumer Labs.

This works great for my gut. Helps my bloating. I take it before dinner. Very soothing to the digestive system. Especially during a round of antibiotics.

A miracle for me. I often bloat after meals and it awful. I take 1-2 before meals and no more bloat!!!
