Is an omega 3 very well accepted by my girls, one is 6 year old the other one is 3 year old. It has an a light gum flavor, does not taste like fish or so, Smell pleasant**Perfectly ratio balance**👍🏼When my girls used to go to sleep they used to have does light jumps when sleeping(nerv responds), on I started to supplement them with this omega 3 their sleep was more calm, focus & relax.

The fish taste is too strong. I even tried adding it to a huge berry smoothie to get my son to drink it and I could still barely taste it in that, but he thankfully didn't notice.

I usually gave my kids the soft gels but it is sometimes hard to swallow for them. I tired it myself when i ran out of softgels and This does not have any funny smell and doesn't taste so bad.

I wish I had tried serving this to my child when she was little so she could get used to the taste and accept it as regular daily medicine. Instead, at age 14, she gagged and refused to take it after the first try. I know how good this is for all of us at any age, but I struggle myself... Still, this is an acquired taste thing and nothing against this brand, so I can't fault them for our obstinate taste buds.
