Pretty easy to put together, as it’s only a couple pieces. Comes with a knee mat and a small stopwatch for timing your workout. I only used it one time for three minutes so far and boyyyy this thing is way more comfortable than a one wheel roller. It’s sturdy and very heavy on the abs too, I felt a burn so fast because of the way that you use it. The wide wheels help balance and there are on springs so coming back up is slightly assisted which helps for more gentle but effective training. It’s a little bigger than a normal ab roller so it’s pretty compact. This was a 10 out of 10 buy, I definitely recommend it. I am impressed with how well balanced this is. It is easy to use but will definitely work your abs and get your attention. It was easy to assemble, even though the instructions were not that great. There are no instructions for how to use it, but you can figure that out from the pictures in the product description on Amazon. It's really easy to use. I'm a beginner, and it wasn't too overwhelming for me. I was able to do a good number of reps and got a good burn. It might not be great for someone super fit, though. I think it's more beginner to intermediate level.

The overall construction feels solid and durable. The wheel is wide enough for stability, and the non-slip material gives you confidence on most floor types. The elbow pads are a great addition, they help reduce strain on your arms and shoulders, keeping you focused on your core.

The device itself is amazing. I was new to ab rollers when buying this one. It’s an incredible ab workout that I feel from top to bottom of my abs. I always got headaches from doing sit ups so I tried this out. I started getting results quickly after starting just using it once a week hard. I suggest you be careful if you have lower back issues. Make sure to look into technique to avoid lower back pain and problems. Great value for results. Comfortable grip and forearm rests. It’s light weight but feels solid. Rolls nice and balances easy with the wide wheels. I will always incorporate the ab roller in the future.

the roller itself is fine as long as you can put it together without having push rods ( the buttons to put down and hold in place ) get stuck in the pole or the pole doesn't get stuck due to the button coming out in the middle of pushing the pole threw...... the last thing there is a timer and a phone holder however it's just a timer that you have to turn on yourself and add mins. the phone holder fits a phone without a case and when you have the phone in there it doesn't feel secure

Easy to put together and break if need for travel, not oversized where it will take up to much room, works great for pricing, I keep it on the boat I work on to help stay in shape. Comes with a knee pad to help maintain comfort even on hard floors, design overall is quite comfortable to use and easy on the arms

Worked for about five sessions and then broke. The brake system within the wheels no longer works.
