I asked my doctor if I needed supplements and she recommended these. I’m so cautious because, in the past, a multi vitamin supplement always caused stomach distress. good stuff

I’m a terrible pill taker.. I do really well for a month then my schedule gets disrupted and I’m off. These are a little hard to swallow, I think it’s because they are so lite. As for the product, I do have more energy and feel great when taking these. These are the only vitamin supplement I take and will continue.
