Strong rubber bands. I do not think the assistance amounts are correct, but I could double them up and it works well. Easy to use, easy to take on and off the bar and to use at home.

I dont own a hapbear pull up bar, but bought these for other exercises needing resistance bands. The quality feels good, they are firm and stretch nicely without pinching. Love the variety and the colors help make it easier to know what I am going for at the moment of use. I dont use it for intense working out, so not sure how to rate it on fitness level. I do a lot of desk work and just want something I can do reps here and there with while I am sitting or standing at my desk. I want to keep moving as much as possible and help to tone and tighten as well.

First time buying bands, well looking at the description of the pictures while it’s showing the weight limits of the bands swiping to the right to left it’s showing a brand name on them, thinking I was getting the ones with the numbers on them instead of the name, priceless, silly me. Oh well, I’m going to try this cheap ones out until I am finished doing my workouts for three months and see how well they work, seen the price and thought why not give it a go. Pull the first one out and gave it first 20 reps, stretching it from feet to extended hands, not bad at all. Comfort is ok, stretch ability good, versatility good, workout effective it’s good. Durability we’ll see in about a month! Not bad for the price I’ll use these until I break them. Gave them a four because of the weight limit on the bands in the pictures that I thought I bought. Kinda of deceptive, it’s a good buy though.

I bought this band set to help with pull-ups and stretching, and it’s been really useful. The different resistance levels make it easy to start lighter and work your way up as you get stronger. The bands feel durable and don’t roll or snap back like some cheaper ones I’ve tried before. I’ve been using them for pull-up assistance, leg workouts, and even stretching after workouts. They’re also easy to pack in a gym bag, which is a big plus. Overall, a great set for anyone starting strength training or adding variety to their workouts.

parecen de buena calidad y tendría sentido por el precio, pero al usarlas noto que no son lo suficientemente flexibles, es más como un plástico duro que se estira pero no como una liga, traté de hacer pullups y se estira pero no te da el impulso para regresarte, si no las hubiera abierto todas, solicitaría una devolución:(
