This item is great for cooking your veggies on the BBQ without them sticking on the grill. The baskets are a little tricky to open, and make sure you use the tool provided to open them when hot! But overall really great for a nice even cook on your BBQ veggies.

A fantastic way to cook vegetables on a BBQ. A top tip is to marinate the large rough chopped vegetables, Red onion, carrot, courgette, sweet potato, parsnip for several hours in a large dish, coating them with a dash or two of soy, honey, olive oil, thyme, rosemary, garlic, and plenty of seasoning, to taste, along with a few chillies. Then, pack all the Vegetables, including herbs, into the metal holders. Place them on the BBQ first, turning them frequently. Find a low to medium heat and cook them for about 25 minutes. Leave the sweet potato the longest. I use the smaller metal holder for the sweet potato. The best results take 35/45 mins! They have a smoky taste, using charcoal, wood, and smoking chips.

Product looks good, but you definately need hooks to open the round basket easily, so disappointed that this item comes without a hook. Can't see if you can buy them seperately?
