Fun
This has been getting lots of action with my ten year old. His military uncle even loves it when he comes to visit and play. Looks real and ejection of bullets makes it super fun.

Ehhh... Fun, but lacking.
There is no safety, the slide closes when you release a magazine and will not remain open without a magazine, and this 'toy' operates like an open-bolt machine pistol which significantly limits its usability as a training aid...Pulling the trigger pulls the slide back until it hits a release point, then slams forward, picking up and pressing a round against the barrel/breech face (I guess the casing is technically the "breech" in this situation), sending the little orange "bullet" flying; like an open bolt machine, this toy fires when the slide/bolt completely slams forward. Casings eject straight up and/or forwards at wildly different trajectories - the ejection mechanism is laughably simple, but seems to function for the most part. There are two dimples in the casings to help facilitate consistent ejection, kind of like preloading the casing for the bolt/slide to snag the casing rim - because there are two "sides", it can make a difference in how the bullets are loaded, which becomes annoying trying to keep cylinders in loose magazine from rotating as you load them. Do not expect any high degree of accuracy from this toy - between a very loose bore, the plastic bullets, extremely weak spring propulsion, and the slam-fire nature of this pistol make it exceptionally INaccurate. If you insert a magazine and try to cycle the slide to load a round, it will either jam or DISCHARGE. Furthermore, because of the design and lack of a bang/blowback, after the last round is fired a casing will remain in the pistol until you pull the trigger again to release the empty casing. Mine came with 3 magazines, but only 12 casings, which is a bummer. This makes me think the magazine is known to break before you lose all of your casings... Time will tell.It is however messy in its own way - both casings and the hard orange bullets bounce around and quickly disappear under and into everything. I quickly become frustrated searching for and recovering casings. This might make an OK training aid for trigger discipline, basic safety instruction, and illustrating the dangerous of open-bolt guns, but I think there are better options. It's really just a toy, probably more so for adults then children given its nature. As a toy it looks great, is relatively inexpensive, and is a 'blast' to shoot, which I why I gave it four stars. Be safe and have fun if you get one!

Very realistic
My son loves using this gun to play around the house. It's a bit harder to load but he still enjoys shooting toys and the wall.He wore it with a costume and enjoyed looked authentic.

Good deal, very satisfied
My son is very pleased, he loves how the cartridges eject similar to a real pistol. Aim is pretty accurate and sounds good.

This one is no joke
First of all I thought this was a dart gun and it is absolutely not. These little pellets that you load into the shell casings are solid plastic. And anything within 30 ft is going to sting a little bit when you get popped with one. The eye protection that comes with this is very handy. The amount of ammunition that comes with this is mind blowing. Has three clips as backups. Super easy to load the rounds into the cartridge as well as loading the cartridge into the clip. The thing I like best about this is that when you run out of ammunition the slide racks back and stays put until you eject the magazine just like a real pistol would. I expected this to be some lightweight and cheap piece of plastic but this company went above and beyond in the design and production of this particular toy. I am thoroughly pleased and have now purchased four more for my kids and my cousins. Phenomenal job guys!

Great toy! Works like the real thing.
I like these little clone toys. This works like the real thing except that the first round does not eject a shell it ejects after the second round is fired. Outside of that it works just like a real firearm. The range is really short, like 25 to 30 feet at most. The toy is some what accurate the small darts or plastic bullets come out in a arc but you can see where the small bullet is going so you can some what aim and hit a target. It does shoot pretty consistent so you can use it to aim once you have an idea where the bullet is going. Not dart gun toy but just a fun little fidget toy to have around.

A very innovative design
I’ve seen all sorts of toy guns. From ones that just went click to fully automatic airsoft machine guns that can shoot for hundreds of feet! I’ve had squirtguns Nerf guns those newer sponge bullet guns… Plenty of them. In the past I’ve even had guns that you could load an airsoft pellet into a shell and it would eject the Shell after firing the pellet but that was a bolt Action rifle.… Basically a manual process. This might be the first semiotic Matic pistol I’ve seen do it. The pellets which are about the size of a airsoft BB but have a little tail much like a pellet from an air rifle loads into the shell with a spring action. When you pull the trigger The pellet is fired the shell ejected and then the action cycles and loads the next bullet into the chamber. It even locks the action back when you’re out of ammunition! This is a great toy pistol for kids or somebody who wants to mess around and plink targets in their living room without putting holes in everything!
