Fit just right n tight
Well built and executed upgrade. Perfect for small indoor spray booth setup. Lid and base fit snug and is good. No more brittle 1980’s Volvo plastic.

Provided Duct is not long enough
I have a Whirlpool Dryer, just purchased new from Lowes Feb 2024. The Dryer duct provided is not long enough for the wall mount part that comes with this unit. I have instead resorted to just sitting it on the floor to the left of the dryer. WARNING This thing will definitely raise the humidity in your home. Our washer\dryer is in the kitchen, out of the kitchen to the left is the hall where our thermostat is -- The Alexa Smart Thermostat. The Humidity % shown in app will raise 30 or so percent while using the dryer. We have a fan that we turn into the kitchen when drying clothes to help push the heat and such to the back so the thermostat isn't constantly being triggered to turn on and cool the house. May not be a huge deal if you are in a different setup though. Just be warned the area you are in with this is going to go up, since it is just dumping all the heat into the room.

Easy to use
It does the job,but I noticed that I need a filter so, can catch all moisture coming ou from the dryer.

It works great
I had no ability to attach the hose to an outside source. So my drier was blowing hot air and fluff all over my laundry room. This little device took me 3 minutes to attach and it's amazing. It collects the lint and dust. But releases the heat into the house. Which is definitely beneficial for the winter months.
