Great sound & good fit
Just started using the product, excellent sound even at top volume bass remains clear. The main reason I bought these is the solid ear pierce, very comfortable even when lying on a pillow. The Headphone app is fantastic, intuitive to use and great functionality, equaliser etc. The case lid seems a little flimsy but it's compact & light. One suggestion to the manufacturer, the plastic film with the orange dots covering the charging points looks like it's part of the device. Maybe use coloured plastic and make the dots bigger so it's more obvious it needs to be removed (for this reason I couldn't figure out why they didn't connect to my phone directly out of the box). But so far very happy with them!

Very bad experience & do not buy this product. Totally waste of money.
I purchased these JBL earphones expecting great sound quality, but I was very disappointed. The audio lacks depth, with muffled bass and poor clarity in the mids and highs. The build quality also feels cheap, and the earbuds became uncomfortable after just 30 minutes of use. To make matters worse, the connection often drops, and the battery life is nowhere near the advertised duration. Definitely not worth the price—I’d recommend looking at other brands for better value and performance.

Product is very good but for indoor
I appreciate this value of the product and performance to but I make give give five stars but it is not suitable to use in outdoor as it gives a lot of noise white be used outdoorThis product is good to use in indoor onlyMy quality is pretty good comfort in our ear is good features are to be developed connectivity is good touch sensation is good features has to be enhanced value for the money I give it a 4 stars for indoor use only

Very comfortable and Value for money
The buds are very comfortable as they are InEar. Since they are in ear so the noise cancellation is not much but very good for less noisy environment. It's good for normal day to day activities not for sports. Value for money if your are looking for in ear buds.

Worst product
It was a big mistake that I purchased this item. I have used many earphones but in that this one is the worst product that I have used yet. Sound quality is very bad and very slow. No base there.I will recommend not to purchase this product.

If you need something that doesn't poke your ears, go for it!
I was way behind in he tws game.I was looking for something that wouldn't poke my ears. JBL wave flex was a savior.I love listening to music on these.Both buds can be customised seperately , ah... mazing.if you are indoors sounds great, bass is punchy.Voice calls are hassle-free .These connect with a snap.Does not have silicon so do not pain my ears.Charge quicklyLast longerJust a little con:Since these do not have ear plugs so do not isolate noice completely. so outdoor listening will take some ime to get habitual.

Poor quality product
Not recommending this product, such poor quality build, while holding in hand, I feels so cheap, there are of other high quality with latest driver and good sound.
