I have used this product one time; I applied it as directed over an open wound on arm and covered it with a waterproof shield. I left it that way for eight days, removed the covering & the Powerheal and my wound had healed perfectly.! This was in a 1/3 or 1/4 the time normally required. I am now inquiring about Mohs surgery areas application details. VERY PROMISING!

pretty amazed at the healing when left on for a few days. I recommend these highly to my friends. Prefer the product without it's own adhesive as it did not stick well, but these, with your own choice of transparent film dressing can stay on for a week.

This did actually seem to speed up healing, so I give it a big thumbs up.

product is a good design. only used for small time . has minimum effect on healing/ i have other underlying problems , like low blood flow.

Well I read what these are about so I thought I’d try. I had a bad cut on the side of my index finger it probably needed stitches. I cut a small piece and placed over the area 36 hours after the injury. Ithe product seemed to close the wound okay but steri strips was really the best in pulling the flap. In 5 days no scar and great healing. Did this new stuff work? I don’t know. I really need to give it another go yo see

This stuff right here is magic medicine!!!!! My husband had to have his right foot amputated back in March of 2025 and I gotta tell ya this stuff boosted the healing process I knew it would have been a lot slower due to having heart failure cause heart causes everything to slow down about you praise God I found this stuff it worked and oh yeah if your a diabetic it will work for you to healing up diabetic ulcers to

Total waste of money! It does not work for leg ulcers caused by heart medications. In fact they were extremely painful once applied! I want my money back! I ordered two boxes because I had four wounds on my legs. They absolutely did nothing but hurt. The concept is good and could be better executed with a non stick bandage and a tens unit applied over it so the bandage could be changed easily when needed. Doing this while sitting, watching TV or reading a book for a few hours each day would be far more effective. There is no way that this product could stay on a wound that leaks liquid for four days. It’s not even worth one star but I had to do it in order to post my review!
