Protein Waffle & Pancake Mix, 12 Serve

Simply amazing!!! I am now a fan of this waffle mix

As someone who usually hates to buy items made with protein powders, I actually enjoyed this formula. Most of these so-called protein foods really don't taste that good, so my hopes were not very high to start with. Surprisingly, it tasted pretty good considering. Don't get me wrong, you do have to tweak it a little. I used unsweetened almond milk instead of water, a dash of Stevia, and a nice amount of cinnamon. It poured up two nice sized pancakes. I don't have a waffle iron, but I can't imagine that really makes a difference in the taste. My pancakes were nice and fluffy and not too sweet. I may have actually cheated a little bit because I used 1 tablespoons of real maple syrup. I've tried, but I just can't use sugar-free syrup. It's just to watery, and it doesn't really taste all that great. Either way, I got what I needed out of these, which was the protein while not feeling tortured by eating something I don't like making it almost impossible to stick with. So, if you're like me and you struggle with meeting your daily protein goals, I would definitely recommend these as another way to get it in. Pair the with egg whites and chicken sausage, and you have a great high-protein breakfast. You're welcome! 😊

This does make delicious pancakes! I was actually surprised how good they turned out! Easy to whip up and you can add blue berries or nuts or whatever else you want to add. Very good!
