I’m writing this review after using the LAMTTO 9.26" CarPlay device for several months, and I can confidently say it’s been a great purchase. I was specifically looking for a portable Apple CarPlay solution for my car, and after doing extensive research—comparing models, reading reviews, and weighing the cost—I decided to go with this one. I'm glad I did. The setup was straightforward and quick. It connected easily with my iPhone, and I had no trouble casting the sound through my car’s speakers. The built-in dashcam is a nice bonus—it works reliably and records with clear video quality. What really stands out is the device's overall stability. I haven’t had any issues with it disconnecting or falling off the mount, which I know can be a common problem with similar units. The only minor downside I’ve noticed is that the screen can be a bit hard to see in direct sunlight. That said, it's only happened occasionally and hasn’t really affected my overall experience. All in all, this is a solid, well-performing CarPlay device that does exactly what it promises. Highly recommended for anyone looking to upgrade their car with wireless CarPlay without spending a fortune!

As someone with an older car (23 years old!) and a small IPhone S this Lamtto CarPlay is a godsend. I bought it specifically for the GPS feature which I need on my travels. It has become increasingly difficult for me to safely use the small screen on my phone for navigation and I envied the large displays I would see in the new cars. This is the ideal solution. I am also not a tech savvy person so I worried about installing this but my worries were unfounded. It was truly simple to attach this unit to my dash, plug it into my lighter, turn on the car and go. The unit has a touchscreen which I love and the size is ideal for me to read the map without having to squint at a tiny phone screen. It does not interfere visually in any way. I like the front camera feature which I’ve tried to show in my pictures. I am not a music person but many other reviewers can attest to the ease of connecting their music streaming right to this device. And if you are struggling with the included instruction manual there are helpful YouTube videos out there to watch. I try not to use my phone when driving but taking calls hands free through this should be safe and convenient if necessary. Lots of other features I have yet to thoroughly investigate but for my initial purpose - a nice, clear large screen GPS - this is the ideal solution! The unit itself seems very substantial and high quality and I look forward to having it on my travels! Highly recommend!

The wireless CarPlay device performs exceptionally. It has a 4k dash cam with very clear video. It came with the storage card already installed making it plug and play, no extra items required. The CarPlay connection to my phone is very fast upon start and the CarPlay features were easy to use and quick to respond. The screen is bright but I found the screen did have some reflection in direct sunlight. It was not too distracting and adjusting the position helped. The device was easy to install in my car. This was an excellent product to use in my car that has an outdated entertainment system. I used Bluetooth for the sound which worked very well. This device is a great value. I did have a question/small issue and the seller was quick to respond and their customer service was knowledgeable and friendly. They answered my questions and was able to resolve my issue. *Update 6/1/2024* Rating changed from 4 stars to 2 stars. I worked with their customer service for weeks regarding an issue with the time used for the dash cam videos resetting to 12 hours and 16 minutes from actual time and +46 days into the future every time the device connects to CarPlay. They sent two replacement devices all with the same issue. I continued to test and send results. Then they just stopped responding. Their last email was a question, I responded, got no response, I sent follow-up emails, no response. I continue to have the time issue. I suspect they may have been dragging the process along to prevent a return. The issue makes no sense and sounds like a firmware problem. I liked the device but going from actively working to help with the issue to no response is disappointing. And the issue isn’t resolved and requires me to set the time for the dash cam every time I connect to the device. **Update 7/15/24** Finally got the vendor to respond and after reviewing my testing, and showing them how to reproduce the issue, they fixed the firmware and date/time issue has been corrected. I been testing for 3 days and all looks good. Raising the rating to 4 stars.

Extremely pleased by the qualify and functionalities of the product. It's fast, easy to use and full of features (carplay, all sounds via Bluetooth, dashcam,..). On top of this their customer service is excellent : helpful and quick responses. Highly recommended purchase!
